Looking for a respectful female professional or mature/PhD student who values a clean, tidy and calm environment. You would be sharing with myself (35 year old female professional, live in landlady) and a 25 year old female professional. Some of our hobbies include hiking, yoga, baking, swimming and sewing/crafts. The vibe is a warm and friendly household, up for a chat and socialising when schedules align, but low-pressure and respectful of personal space. A peaceful home to unwind after a busy day.

The room has a plenty of storage space with ottoman bed for extra storage. A dedicated desk space for working from home or studying.

Irlam is a quiet, safe area and the house is a
5 min walk to a large Tesco, Lidl and leisure centre. Several bars and pubs/restaurants nearby. 10mins drive to the Trafford Centre and good bus links also. Bus stop 2 mins walk.

Train station 10min walk and direct trains to Manchester Oxford Road (15-20mins). Also to Warrington (10-15mins), Liverpool (40mins). Good access to motorway network- excellent links to the M60, M6, Trafford Park, Media City, Salford Royal/Trafford Hospital, and Manchester Airport.
The house has recently been refurbished and has a new kitchen. All living spaces are shared- kitchen, spacious dining/living room, garden/patio, bathroom and additional separate toilet. There is an additional fridge/freezer and a heat pump tumble dryer.

Located in a quiet and peaceful area with plenty of free street parking. . Nature reserve and large park nearby. Suitable for non-smokers and non-vapers only.
