Hi there, I'm renting out this double bedroom from 7th December. It features character white painted floorboards and neutral colours to allow you to add your own style to the room. The bedroom has a small double bed, an open spring mattress, a chest of drawers, night stand and wardrobe.


The current tenants are on different work schedules so everyone needs to respect this and keep noise to reasonable levels. There is also a weekly cleaning rota which is split amongst all four tenants so you will need to clean the shared areas once per month.

There is a bus a few minutes from the house which goes to the city centre, and shops within walking distance along Bolton Road.
