Charming Double Bedroom (1 of 4 rooms)

Hi there, I'm renting out this double bedroom from 1st April. It features character white painted floorboards and neutral colours to allow you to add your own style to the room. The bedroom has a small double bed, an open spring mattress, a chest of drawers, night stand and wardrobe.


There is a weekly cleaning rota which is split amongst all four tenants so you will need to clean the shared areas once per month.

There is a bus a few minutes from the house which goes to the city centre, and shops within walking distance along Bolton Road.

(This is one of four rooms with a live-out landlord, the advert is wrong and I can't change it)
