Short term lets in refurb'd Victorian home

1897 Victorian property with huge high ceilings, lots of period features and space. I'm Northern Irish, work in media and property during the week, while I live with one other great person (Oli) in one of the other rooms. Oli works from home, I'm mostly working away at the moment.

The house has been fully refurbished with the view to sell soon, so only looking for short term stays. House is going up on the market this month, so imagine if all goes well it will sell by end of the year. In the interim, looking to share with chilled out, easy going and clean people. Large kitchen and shared living room with two bathrooms. Storage space outside of your room is not available.

All bills are included and we have Netflix / NOW TV packages with a nice chilled out space in the living room to watch movies / sports etc.

Residential area just off of Mauldeth Road, 10 mins walk to the local train station and the same to buses into the centre of town.

### Room

Bedrooms are large doubles and come furnished with ample storage

Two bathrooms in the house and between 4 shouldn't be any issue in getting into the bathroom as we all have similar but different schedules etc for work. While there are 6 bedrooms in total in the house, only 4 rooms will be occupied at a max
