3 Spacious Victorian Doubles in Period Property

1875 Victorian property with huge high ceilings, lots of period features and space. I'm Northern Irish, work in media and property during the week, while two other great people are in two of the other rooms (Joe & Lucy). All of us work in professional careers, like going to the gym, watch TV/sport together sometimes, have the odd takeaway/cooked meal together and pretty easy going to live with. Got a nice friendly house and would like to add one last person to the house who is respectful and can have a chat. It's not at all a party house and we'd like to keep it that way. Looking to share with chilled out, easy going and clean. Large kitchen, shared living room and a lot of storage space if needed.

All bills are included and we have Netflix / NOW TV packages with a nice chilled out space in the living room to watch movies / sports etc.

Residential area just off of Mauldeth Road, 10 mins walk to the local train station and the same to buses into the centre of town.

### Room

Bedroom 3 is the last room available in the house. It's the master bedroom of the house with an double bed, large chest of drawers, large wardrobe, bedside tables and a desk.

Two bathrooms in the house and between 4 shouldn't be any issue in getting into the bathroom as we all have similar but different schedules etc for work. While there are 6 bedrooms in total in the house, only 4 rooms will be occupied
