We’re live-in landlords looking for a friendly, respectful and easy-going lodger who would like somewhere comfortable and relaxed to call home.
The house is a spacious three-bedroom home with shared living areas, kitchen and bathroom, and we’d really like whoever moves in to feel at home rather than simply renting a room.
We’re both friendly and sociable but also appreciate our own space, so we’re looking for someone with a similar outlook: independent, clean and considerate, but happy to have a chat and a cuppa when we’re around.
We both have busy working lives and are away from home fairly regularly, so there will often be plenty of space and privacy.
We’re looking for the right person rather than simply filling the room as quickly as possible, so please send us a little bit about yourself, what you do and what you’re looking for.
