Looking for someone to move in from
12th October. Rent £650

I’m currently looking for a lodger to move into my brand new renovated house. I am a very clean and tidy person and expect the same from the person I live with. I currently have a cleaner in the house who comes once a month

I’m looking for someone who enjoys being in their own and looking after a house on their own. The reason for this is because I don’t stay in the house so the house would be your own.

However, I do stay once every few weeks given my shifts hence why I’ve not put the house up to rent as I like I have a place to come back to if I want with my own room and furniture.

I do have a 4 year old cavalier so when I come back she is with me but she stays with me at all times.

Looking for someone who is working full time only and each person that I’ve had lodge has had to be vetted

price includes all bills / luxury of practically having a whole house which has been brand new renovated throughout to yourself with a cleaner also.

The bedroom is furnished with an ottoman king size bed. It also has 6 large draws and a hanging rail so perfect for one person as plenty of storage in the room.

I have recently just had the garden completely done so ideal for summer months and feels like an additional living space!

The nearest bus station is less than 10 minute walk and nearest train 10 minute car journey. The house also has CCTV front and back for security covering parking etc
