I am a 32 year old female with a 2 year old pup , it is a spacious 3 bed house. I work shifts including days and nights.

I’m not a big drinker and tend to just work a lot or if I’m not I’m with my pup doing stuff out of the house, going to the gym just like a very chilled life with the odd night out

The bedroom available to offer is furnished - it has a king size bed. The bed is an ottoman bed and large 6 draws in so plenty of space for belongings plus a hanging rail

I do have a loft also where you can store belongings if needed.

I don’t really have friends round the house. I like to keep my home as my safe space and when I’m seeing friends I tend to go there’s or out to get me out the house but also to respect people I’ve always lived with. That being said I’m not strict just if I’m working shifts to consider this.

I’m very clean and expect the same from whoever I live with too. Im easy going and just expect someone to respect my house and clean up after themselves.

The house is about half hour walk to the nearest train station. There is a bus station within 10 minutes and the guided bus route is also within walking distance if public transport is what you need. This takes you straight into Manchester City.

I’m hardly ever in the house so it would be like having your own place I purely go there to sleep as I work so much and when I’m not I’m always out with friends etc and stay out now and then
