Double room for rent in a large house, looking for someone long term to be a part of my home.

Looking for someone who is past their party hard days and is more relaxed as well as a clean and tidy individual. Chores will be split.

I have two cats that can be shy with new people but are very affectionate and friendly once they feel comfortable with you.

House came unfurnished so all belongings are my own so the spare room is not furnished but I could try to furnish for the right person or you have freedom to bring your own belongings. Current lodger might leave furniture in the room once they leave for China, this is yet to be decided.

The house is a 10 minute walk to the train station and bus stops.
Huge park 5 mins walk away for your daily dose of nature.
There is on street parking and a garden.

Bills are included in the rent subject to use.

The bathroom will be shared and you are welcome to use the garden. The washing machine and dryer is in an outhouse next to the kitchen. I also have a chest freezer in the outhouse.
