The area is good with several shops, take aways, pubs and a train station only 10minute walk. Bus is also super frequent and it is only 2mimute walk.

The room is ready for your move. It is a very spacious double room, well lighten, with a laminate flooring, new wardrobe, mattress and double bed, and a large TV stand with drawer. All the furniture shown in the picture are staying in the room. The room is available from 12th of Dec, however there is the option to move in as soon as tomorrow if required.

The house has had new kitchen fitted and cleaned to high standard. There is a living room, bathroom and a garden that we all share.

You will be living with myself (male) and a female, we are both young professional. We are both easy going enjoy cooking and chat with a drink sometimes. We are looking for 1 person to join the house. During the weekdays I live out for work, so you will be mainly sharing the house with only 1 person.
