We are looking for a housemate to join our lovely home. The room is a little small but also v cheap with bills included in rent. Trying to not pile into the explotattive private rental market hence the cheap price! As the rent is inclusive of bills, it may go up a little if energy prices, council taxt etc. go up but won't be too bad when shared between three people. The current occupiers are two pals:

Max (28, he/they)-i'm the owner of the house and also live here! I am an assistant psychologist working with global majority communities four days a week and spend the rest of my time doing activisty bits, playing guitar, learning to sing (badly), climbing, converting a van, doing languages (french and spanish), going to gigs, festivals, nights out and other bits and bobs like that! Would like a housemate who brings chilled but fun vibes, shares our values and is keen on making the house a lil community. I also like the house to be a regenerating place to come back to so being clean and considerate of others is pretty important!

Clor (28, all pronouns) - I spend my time split between working in a mental health hospital (some days work from home), and working on political projects. The rest of the time I'm reading, climbing, trying to learn Arabic or occasionally baking treats. Ideal housemate would be a comrade who likes fresh blueberry muffins! Would love to get to know each other and have a chill, cosy, family vibe in the house.

We were already mates from various lefty bits in Manchester and having had crossed paths when volunteering in France but Clour has only recently moved in. Would be great to have another addition to the place!
