- no tv license!

Current tenants:
- 2 female professionals
- no partying or late nights drinking/coming home in the early hours
- super friendly, approachable and respect private space/time

House rule is: quiet and peaceful house, respect the communal spaces, keep it clean and tidy at all times. Inform each other of guests and no house parties. And lastly, be mindful of the kitchen (we like to keep the worktop to a minimum, no dishes in the left in the sink or pots/pans left on the cooker)
