I'm Lewis and I'm looking for someone friendly and responsible to share my flat.

Positives:
Double room, with king sized bed, desk and wardrobe. Nice wood flooring.

Large bathroom principle use of this for you (I have my own ensuite)

High speed internet (50+ mbps down on WiFi)

Central location: 12mins walk to Piccadilly Station, 15mins to Piccadilly Gardens and 8mins walk to nearest supermarket.

Close to the city centre but quiet development of working professionals.

All bills included with fair usage of course (assuming you're not about to run 10 baths per day and have the heating on full blast 24/7)

Allocated parking space (available for £60 extra per month).

Convenience stores, barbers, bar, microbrewery tap room, Domino's pizza, Costa and hairdressers all nearby - practically on your doorstep!

Fully kitted out kitchen with utensils, cookware, crockery, cutlery, etc.

Downsides:
Limited storage space within the flat (probably wouldn't suit someone with lots of possessions)

There's a washing machine but no dryer. (Radiator in bathroom that can be used to dry items or the balcony).

What I'm looking for.
A good friendly, reliable flatmate.
Someone who is happy to take care of the place too clean up after themselves. Make it a nice place to live in.
I work from home so would better suit someone who works outside the home most of the week.

Move in date is any time in September. My current flatmate/lodger is moving out and I need some time to do some repairs etc.
