Double room walking distance to Ancoats

Also the picture of the room I've taken is awful and doesn't do it justice. I'll get around to something better this week.

Hey all, thanks for checking out this advert offering a double room in a large house. It’s a detached house with street parking out the front. As this will be your home too, feel free to bring family and friends over whenever you want and if they need to crash over, we have a blow-up bed. You'll have loads of fridge and cupboard space, there’s a good sized TV in the living room which has a NetFlix account to be used. There’s a shed load of storage inside to stuff your physical and emotional baggage.

Located in a residential area, the house is a 20 minute walk to the Northern Quarter, 30 minutes to either Manchester Pic or Vic train stations. A shed load of buses go past all the time towards the city centre.

You'll have 2 other housemates; Maribel is a Mexican PHD researcher currently doing work affiliated with UOM, is often down south for her work & enjoys salsa in her free time. She also may be returning to Mexico soon so there could be another change to the house pending. Del is the live in landlord (though it's a house rule you can't call him that. He insists on housemate) who works on the railway and is usually the reason your train in the morning is delayed, he travels the world a lot and is learning Spanish as a hobby. He's also not sure why he's writing in 3rd person. We consider ourselves cool people to live with. If you happen to Speak Spanish, give it a mention as you'll score a bonus point.

About you! This will be a place for houseMATES and hopefully you'll already have a profile written out so we can get to know you a little or at least you'll write a lot about yourself in the opening message. That bit is important as it shows you've read this message. Social interaction is a must and If you plan on only living in your room and avoiding those who you live with then sorry but this place won't be for you. If however you want to join a good vibe, chill out & have a place to look forward to coming home to, you know what to do.

There’s no deposit and rental price is all in including bills cos it makes life easier.
