- One big toilet with bath and big kitchen with all necessary equipment’s.
- M11 Area, Near East Manchester Leisure Centre.
- Secure car park, main entrance with fob key.
- Monthly rent will be £550 including Electricity, Gas and Water.

Requirements:
- Full time employed + Student ( If you can show you can pay rent on time ).
- Bank statements if possible but not big issue.
- Eligibility of Right to Rent in the UK.

Note: I would like someone who is clean and professional and take care of apartment the same way as its yours.
