Hi, there is one double bed room (Slightly smaller than normal Double bed room) available in Openshaw area below are the details.

- 2 Bed rooms apartment on 2nd floor cleaned and recently furnished.
- There is large living room with sofa and carpet.
- One big toilet with bath and big kitchen with all necessary equipment’s.
- M11 Area, Near East Manchester Leisure Centre.
- Secure car park, main entrance with fob key.
- Monthly rent will be £500 first 2 months, then £550 including Electricity, Gas, Water and Council Bills. £10 each month for kitchen and toilet stuff.
Requirements:
- Full time employed.
- Bank statement from last 6 months.
- Reference from employer.
- Eligibility of Right to Rent in the UK.

Note: I would like someone who is clean and professional and take care of apartment the same way as its yours. I am quiet person if we get a long can hang out otherwise focus on my work all the time. I personally do not like leaving stuff unattended and always try to make sure everything is clean and on spot expect the same.
