My housemate is leaving at the end of July, looking for a new person to fill her room.
Me and my housemate are sociable and like to cook meals together and hang out so would be nice to meet someone who enjoys the same :) I work for Shelter but mostly remotely from home so this place would suit someone who also likes to keep their space clean. I love getting to the peaks when I can and being outdoors in general (especially with this amazing sunshine) and often away at the weekends.
The house is a two bed it’s 1,400 a month between two. With a nice little garden and plastic bike shed and the garden is secure as we have locked gates out the back. Easy to find and free parking on the road and you can walk into the city centre in about 45 mins.
Bills are around 115 a month at the moment and house is council tax band A
