Bright Double Room w/ Private Kitchen & Shower

Hi there! Me and my partner live in the downstairs of the house, we are renting the upstairs of my house, this includes a spacious bright double room and your own private kitchen, with a communal bathroom.

Because my girlfriend and I live on the ground floor, the upstairs offers a great sense of privacy—it almost feels like having your own flat.

The Space

• Your Bedroom: A large, bright double room furnished with a comfortable bed, TV, desk and chair (perfect for working from home), and clothes storage. The large front-facing window lets in beautiful morning light.

• Peace & Quiet: For added privacy and comfort, the floor has been soundproofed, so you can enjoy a truly quiet and peaceful space.

• Your Kitchenette: You will have your own dedicated kitchenette upstairs. It is equipped with an air fryer, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is no full-sized oven, but the air fryer is excellent for most cooking!

• The Bathroom: A shared household toilet located on the first floor. We have a shower downstairs so the upstairs shower would be just for you.

• Laundry: We don’t have a washing machine in the house but the local launderette is super cheap.

• No deposit required

Who We Are Looking For
We’ve already had some interest, but we are really looking for someone who is friendly, easy-going quiet and tidy.
