Large double bedroom with a private kitchen and no deposit

I have a bedroom for rent on the first floor of my house. Myself and my girlfriend occupy the downstairs of the house, it will kind of feel like you have your own flat upstairs.

The bathroom is shared for now.

Your bedroom has a large double room with a bed, TV, desk, chair, clothes storage and a large window facing the front. This room allows for a lot of light in the morning.

The kitchenette upstairs is just for you, but occasionally my girlfriend makes herself a brew in the morning because her dressing room is upstairs.

This kitchenette has an air fryer, a hot top, microwave, kettle and toaster - please not that it does not have an oven but an air fryer instead.

The upstairs bathroom is a household bathroom.

Please note: We do not have a washing machine, we use a local laundrette to wash our clothes.

These is no deposit but there are checks i’ll need to do before taking on an agreement with you…

- Right to rent (photo I. D.)
- Proof of employment or earnings
- Possibly a basic credit check
