Furnished double room w/ balcony & cuddly doggo

Hiya, I’m looking for a new flatmate to share our lovely 2 bed flat. Move in date is 29th July!

Utility bills come to around £115 each. Council tax is Band D.

I am open to couples, though the rent and bills would increase slightly to reflect two people; just drop me a message and we can chat about the details!

The room itself is fully furnished with a bed and storage, and there is plenty of space if you want to bring in a desk or extra storage. A massive bonus is that you’ll have the main bathroom mostly to yourself (not attached to your room/not an ensuite)! I have a bathroom in my room, so I’ll only ever need to use the main bathroom to shower. We also have a big balcony and the building has a concierge service.

The location is perfect with the city centre only being a short walk away and Ancoats next door. Only a 5 min walk to the New Islington tram stop, a 10 min walk to Piccadilly station, and surrounded by bus routes. Also located next to multiple parks and canals, 10 min walk to Aldi, and a bar, grocery shop, and Costa at the front of our building.

You’ll be living with myself (Tiger), 25yo Aussie and my incredibly lovable dog, Xena. I work in education during term, and outside that I train in Muay Thai 4–5 times a week, love getting out into nature, and enjoy traveling whenever I get the chance. I'm always down for a drink, a good chat, and a catch up in the evenings, but I also respect and appreciate downtime. I’m looking for someone clean, respectful, and friendly who wants a home, not just a room to sleep in.

The ultimate dealbreaker is that you must love dogs. Xena is a massive cuddle bug and will absolutely shower you with love. Bonus points if you'd be up for hanging out with her or watching her occasionally when I go on little trips away while you have the house to yourself!
