Double Room with a private bathroom available

Currently looking for someone to take over my flatmates tenancy who is looking to move out , the tenancy renewal is start of October so the room is available from the 2nd.

Rent is £612.50 before bills, with bills could be extra £160/200 depending on warmer or colder months.

I'm still waiting for info regarding the deposit from the letting agents so can update this once I find out more but I believe it’s less than one month rent.

You’d be sharing the flat with me but you will have access to a private bathroom all for yourself as I have a room with an en-suite.

I have attached some photos, however I currently don’t have a photo of the bathroom but it consists of a bathtub, a sink and toilet and it’s quite spacious and good for storage.
