Hiya! There are two lovely rooms up for grabs in a 3-bed house close to Ancoats, just a short walk from Piccadilly Gardens and Piccadilly station.

Double room – £550 pcm
Single room – £500 pcm (coat rack not included)
Council tax: Band B
[bills not included]
[rooms available from 20th November - both located upstairs]

The house is fully furnished, with 2 bathrooms (1 with toilet only) and a big shared kitchen, dining area, living room, and driveway (parking available for 1 car). We've also got a spacious garden, and a couple of beds/patches where you can grow plants and veggies, if you've got a green thumb!

Everything you need is close by - Piccadilly train station and Piccadilly Gardens are a short walk or bus ride away, and there are shops/supermarkets, gyms, and pubs nearby too. Bus, tram, and train links are great, so getting around the city is easy!

The landlord is great - very responsive if you've got any concerns, and quick to help if anything needs fixing.

A bit about me: Hi, I’m Preeti! I'm Indian, but I grew up in Hong Kong and came to Manchester a couple of years ago for my postgraduate degree. I love to read, draw, and watch shows / movies so I'm always down to chill, but I do also like hanging out / socialising and spending time outside. I enjoy a good chat and getting to know people, but I also like spending time alone, so it's a nice balance! I really appreciate cleanliness so I keep on top of cleaning the shared spaces and like splitting chores fairly so I'd expect the same from you. It's a calm, quiet household and I'm mindful of noise, especially in the evening/night. I'm also vegetarian, and am always up for trying new recipes or cooking together now and then!
