Hi,

I’m looking for a new flatmate from January, after my friend moves out (potential to be earlier).

The apartment is in One Port Street, in Northern Quarter and right beside Ancoats with stunning amenities including a gym, swimming pool, cinema room and co-working space.

The share of the rent would be £875 which excludes bills. The council tax is £145 each.

The apartment is already furnished with both bedrooms having en-suites.

Being clean and tidy is an absolute must. Keen to make friends and socialise with whoever moves in.
