Hello! Both of my flatmates are moving out of our flat in Salford, Manchester and I’m currently looking for someone to take over the tenancy, ideally someone in a permanent job due to rigorous referencing requirements.

I work in supported living full time. Sometimes I finish work at the latest 10pm so would arrive back around 11pm the latest. And I also do sleep shifts so I stay at my workplace for the night up to 2x a week. I am a relaxed individual and I am looking for 2 roommates who are easygoing, tidy and easy to get on with.

Our flat is in Salford, near AO arena and Blackfriars pub, M3 postcode. It is a 15 minute walk from Arndale/Piccadilly gardens.
Rent is £1550 a month, with the two bedrooms sharing a bathroom (with a bath tub) paying £508 and the en suite being £559. We split bills evenly between us, which comes out roughly at £150 each (council tax band is C). Great price for Manchester!

Both the bedrooms have a double bed, and is big enough for a desk if you need to work from home. Large shared living room space with kitchen and Juliet balcony. There is a separate small room off the hallway with a washing machine and general storage space.

If you need access to a off-street car park, you would need to reach out to another flat resident who has one to rent out.

Once I have conducted viewings and finalised 2 people to move in, anything regarding the contract will be done through our letting agent.
