Hi! I’m Maria, and I’m looking for someone to share my lovely flat with.

A little bit about me – I work in finance and have a hybrid working arrangement, usually heading into the office around 4 days a week (although this can vary). Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, hiking, exploring wine bars and getting stuck into a good book. It would be lovely to find someone with similar interests!

A bit about the flat:

* Great location, just a short walk from Angel Meadows Park.
* Your own Bathroom
* Building gym
* Communal workspace.
* Lovely communal terrace.
* Fully furnished throughout.
* The available room has a fantastic built-in wardrobe with plenty of space for clothes.
* Just a note that the desk currently in the second bedroom is mine, but I’ll be moving this out before you move in.

A few practical bits:

* Bills aren’t included in the rent and typically come to around £200 per month, including council tax.

Keeping the flat clean and tidy is really important to me. I’d love to find someone who feels the same and enjoys having a nice space to come home to.

Ideally, I’m looking for another working professional with a similar routine and lifestyle. Someone who has a fairly similar schedule during the week and enjoys a good balance between work, socialising and downtime.

Most importantly, I’m not just looking for someone to split the rent with – I’d love to find someone who I can genuinely get along with and hopefully become friends with. Whether that’s heading out for a wine, going to the gym together or just having a catch-up after work!
