Hi!

I have a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, fully furnished house with a south facing garden (great for BBQs), storage for bikes, and a new kitchen and bathroom. It is recently refurbished with new carpet throughout.

The location is brilliant – 5 or 10 mins from Oxford Road, the Universities and MRI, 10 mins walk from Piccadilly station, 15 or 20 min walk from the city centre, about the same from Northern Quarter.

The rooms are fully furnished with huge wardrobe space, a double bed, a desk and chair, and a side table for extra storage.

The living room has a 55 inch curved TV with a fire stick, surround sound, sofas, and a dining table – great for chilling or entertaining if you have people over. There is superfast broadband, and the kitchen has loads of cupboard space and 2 full sized fridge freezers.

The house has always been a great vibe and I would love for that to continue with people who are fairly sociable but do respect our own space.

If you are pretty chilled, openminded, clean and tidy but not obsessively, and looking for housemates whose company you can enjoy, get in contact.
