1 Double in NQ skyline apartment

Hi, I’m looking for a new flatmate - I typically provide short accommodation for women and friends who work of cruise ships and yachts, but very open and welcoming to different life situations. This is an amazing condo style apartment, sun soaked and beigey, over looking central Manchester skyline. The building includes a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and stream room on the top floor, along with a private gym. There’s a 24hr concierge. There is a lot of restaurant and bars in close vicinity. I have lived here 7 years and it is honestly an amazing find and great value for the rent. The room has a floor to ceiling window and mirrored wardrobe. Only furniture that is including in the room is the bed, mattress and shelf. You’ll have your own large bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

I am a menu developer so I make a lot of food dishes, concepts and cocktails at home - but I try to always keep the kitchen clear. I travel a lot for work so I know how difficult it can be finding the right place at the right time and feel safe and secure - Women, BAME and LGBTQ encouraged. I may need your help me feeding my plants but you will have the place to yourself. Feel free to ask as many questions as needed.
