Double room available in CC flat - bills included!

Double room available in a 2 bed flat, all bills included (apart from water), and in a central location (about 5 mins from Victoria Station, 5 mins from Selfridges). I've lived here for over 3 years, and need a new housemate!

The room is a decent size and comes with a double wardrobe, a triple chest of drawers, and the bed included with a brand new mattress. Though the room isn't en suite, you would have your own bathroom, as it's a 2 bathroom property also.

The flat is fully furnished, partly by the agents and partly by myself, so all you would need is yourself and your belongings to come in and make your space your own! It's a shared living room/dining room/kitchen space.

A bit about me - I'm a diversity manager in the city, working from home usually about 2 days a week. When I'm not working, I like to exercise, watch TV/films, go to the cinema, or I'm out either exploring, eating, or at some miscellaneous event (and/or all three).

I'd love any potential flatmate to be keen on being friends as well - living here has been great, and I want to make sure I get on with whoever I live with and can have a fun time living together! I'd prefer to live with either other LGBT people or any female-identifying people, but I honestly don't mind so long as you're more than cool with LGBT people.

If you need further selling on the property, it also currently comes with 2 adorable cats. What more could you ask for, honestly.
