Sublet in Beautiful Chinatown Flat

Hello!

I'm looking for a sublet for my shared flat in Chinatown as I'm going to Japan for a few months. It's a multi level flat with a downstairs room and shared bathroom, main floor kitchen and large living room with great high ceilings and a mezzanine/office space/studio. There is also a nice courtyard with lovely plants taken care of by our neighbours. The sublet would be for 6 months (negotiable) from mid September/October 1

I'm hoping to find someone who can enjoy being social and going out but also having nights in to work and respect personal space. Also cleanliness is quite important to me, I'm not a clean freak but like to keep the flat in good shape and don't like dirty dishes lying around. I work 5 days a week as an English teacher and I'm quite into electronic music and have a studio here in the mezzanine so would be nice to have someone else who is a producer/DJ (or other type of creative) as well. But I'm open minded to live with whoever, as long as you are trustworthy and sound!

The council tax is 95 pounds each a month, high speed hyper optic is 17.50 and the heating varies depending on the time of year.
