It’s around 5 minute walk to Piccadilly gardens and <2 minute walk to Oxford street, China town and Gay village. It’s really close to everything but all quite residential and really quiet which is a rarity

You will have your double bed in a large room, built in wardrobes and your own bathroom. The flat is already furnished but you’re welcome to bring whatever you’d like for your room!

All bills are already included in the price so there won’t be any surprises.
The shared living room TV also has a smart TV. There is also a dedicated working space in the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, air fryer, oven and grill.

The current flatmate is a 28 year old male who works full time and does not work from home so you will have the place to yourself during the day. He also does not tend to spend time in the living room.
