Room in Northern Quarter with own bathroom

Note I've put the amount without bills as most ads seem to be, but prefer to include food simplicity and would be £725.

ooking for someone to share my flat with me. It's quite a large 2 bedroom flat, and room has its own bathroom. It's a basement flat just to note as well.

I typically work in the office during the week, as I prefer to separate my work & home like plus it means I avoid temptations at home! I like baking and happy to share anything I make. In my spare time I enjoy cinema, live events, hiking, sports and anything food related.

I will consider short term lets & couples, with a slight increase in rent depending on circumstances.
