The property overlooks the canal side and is located in a quiet residential street, a few minutes’ walk away from shops and all city centre amenities.
The apartment is more of a home than just somewhere to crash after work and has been maintained so by the current occupiers and so a group of clean, tidy and friendly persons, who can get on well with each other are required.
