The property, a lovely 3-bedroom apartment is 5-minutes' walk away from Piccadilly station and a 10 minutes’ walk away from Piccadilly gardens.
The property overlooks the canal side and is in a quiet residential street; a few minutes’ walk away from shops and all city centre amenities.
The apartment is more of a home than just somewhere to crash after work and has been maintained so by the current occupiers and so a group of clean, and friendly persons, who can get on well with each other are required.
