Bright modern canal-side apartment in city centre

Seeking tenant for furnished bedroom with its own bathroom in a spacious, bright apartment directly on the canal in Deansgate-Castlefield. The apartment features a large shared living room and a kitchen with all the usual amenities (fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc). The apartment also has a storage room with a washer-dryer.

The apartment is in the heart of Manchester city centre, 5 minutes' walk from Spinningfields and 10 from Deansgate tram and train stations. Ideal for young professionals. The building sits on the canal so there's barely any city-typical noise. The apartment is on the 5th floor, with elevator and stairway access.

The tenancy is for 1 year, starting December 2026 (deposit required). I work full-time in a law firm in the city centre, and am generally a very chill/independent flatmate, so would ideally want someone with a similar vibe. I am happy to hang out in the evenings and explore the city together but value my time and space alone. A guarantor may be necessary depending on your income (landlord requirement).

Bills are not included in the rent. Council tax is band D due to the central location, albeit split between two. As current tenant I would estimate bills (water, electricity/gas, broadband, council tax) will add approx £150-200/month.

We have a parking space for the apartment and I don't have a car, so this is available for use.
