En suite room available in amazing property!

Hey!

I am looking for a girly to take over the en-suite bedroom from 03/08 in Flat 7 Kingsgate House. I have lived here for almost one year, and my flatmate is moving back to her family home.
The flat is done to a really high spec and has a great people watching view of King Street. The kitchen and living area are flooded with light during the day. I absolutely love living here. As mentioned, the en-suite room is becoming available (I have the separate bathroom). Rent is £800 each and bills no more than £200. Deposit is one months’ rent.

The flat is furnished and is equipped with everything so won’t suit someone who has furniture or loads of stuff.

I am allergic to cats so no pet owners please.

I’d love to find a friend as well as a flat mate! Would be nice to eat together now and again and hang out, but I also appreciate my alone time too! I am very clean, tidy and house proud and like my space to be clutter free and smell nice at all times. About me, I’m 34 year girly who loves a wine(s) and yap. I’m a Merchandiser and mostly work in the office (odd day here or there where I’ll work from home) and I also read Tarot on the side. I love running and train for half marathons, and do classes after work and on a weekend too. Some weekends I’ll pop to my family home or London to see some friends.
