Room Available in Northern Quarter

Our flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend at the end of Feb, so we have a room available in our Northern Quarter flat!

We’re doing viewings on Tuesday 13th January from 6pm.

It’s a 3 bed flat, across the road from Aldi & the gym, an 8 minute walk to Piccadilly station & the city centre with loads of bars / restaurants etc just around the corner. Current tenants are aged 26-27 so looking for someone around that age ideally.

We’re both sociable and love a chilled night in just as much as a night out, and also enjoy cooking and going to gym classes. We both work 9-5 with a few wfh days per week so looking for someone who is on a similar schedule. Due to this and the room being quite small, it would probably best suited to someone who spends the majority of time in the office.

Fauve and I are already quite close friends and ideally we’d love to find someone who can be a friend too!

The rent is £581 per month + bills, which can change slightly but tend to be around £145 per month. The current agreement is for 6 months ending in August this year. There will also be a deposit of around £600.

The room has a shared bathroom with one other flatmate and the whole flat is fully furnished. The flat also has a concierge and a secure parcel room, so we’ve always felt very safe here. We are also both quite clean so we’d be looking for someone who’s happy to contribute to keeping the flat nice.

Parking is available in a multi-story secure carpark nearby, this was between £90-£110 per month last time we checked in 2021 🚗
