A lovely double room is available in a gorgeous bright, well-lit flat right in the heart of Manchester - in the Piccadilly Basin area, right next to Ancoats, <5 mins from Piccadilly train station and easy to stroll around Ancoats and NQ.

The flat has a juliette balcony overlooking the canal; a peaceful spot while being right in the city centre! It’s fully furnished and part of a quiet, brick-built and gated canalside community called Wharf Close. The bills are not included but usually come around £200.

Ideally looking for a working professional, someone who doesn't work from home. I’m an easy going person, a little OCD so I would appreciate someone who likes to keep the place tidy and clean. I’m always up for a laugh and anything spontaneous or wholesome! If you like going to the gym, I’d love to have a partner! I’d love to get along with my flatmate and avoid the awkwardness.
