I’m looking for someone to buddy up with to renew the tenancy on a 2-bedroom apartment in Viadux around mid-May.

The apartment is in the Viadux development, a modern high-rise with great amenities including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, resident gym, concierge service, resident lounge/co-working spaces and rooftop terrace. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Deansgate, major transport links, restaurants and shops.

The Room
• Double room in a modern city centre apartment
• 2 bathrooms in the flat, so you will mostly have your own bathroom
• Spacious living area and modern kitchen

Monthly Costs
• Rent: £950 (£1850 for the entire apartment)
• Water: ~£35 each
• Electricity: ~£35 each
• WiFi: £8 each
• Council Tax (Band E): £111 each

About Me:

I work in IT at a Manchester-based startup and have been living in Manchester for about a year. I typically work from home around four days a week.

Outside work I enjoy:
• Cycling and exploring new places
• Astronomy and sci-fi
• Anime
• I also love dogs, although I don’t currently have one.

At home I’m generally quiet, respectful and very clean, and I like to keep shared spaces tidy and hygienic.
