Female Only - Double Room in Ancoats/Nq Available

Looking for a working professional Female to join me and my female friend in our lovely Manchester City centre apartment.

Preferably a vegetarian/vegan/pescatarian - if not, no Pork would be allowed in the house.

LGBT preferred also, as have had a few problems with flatmates boyfriends overstaying before.

Room available immediately - need someone in by the 12th April.

In a really good location in the city centre. 15 minutes away from each of the main Manchester stations as well.

Currently have scaffolding over the living room which is planning to be there for the next 12-18 months.

The room may need a wardrobe/rail, but has a lovely double bed, with a shelf and a chest of draws.

You will be sharing a big bathroom with one other person.

Bills are roughly £175-£200 a month depending on the usage.
