Need new flatmate/s ASAP

Hiya, I’m Simone. I’m a freelance creative working in fashion, events and music.
*I will be moving into a new property and need a new flatmate until then. Once I get a new flatmate, I will put in my notice to leave. From that point, the new tenant (maybe you!) will have two months to find another tenant to replace me. I am happy to help them look for another tenant before I leave.*

Looking for a female/non binary flatmate. I’m super friendly and easy to talk to, very empathetic and respectful of different lifestyles. I have long term health issues, so would need you to be mindful of that. Though, this shouldn’t affect you very much.

Please be aware I use the corner of the living room as my sewing studio.

The room you’ll be renting is a double bedroom and you’ll have full access to the main bathroom as I have an en-suite. There’s space for a desk also.

The flat is technically in Salford, but a 5 minutes walk from Spinningfields, 15 minute walk to city centre and is within 5 minutes of bus and train routes.

Rent is changing to £692.50 and bills currently come to £231.19 each. Including council tax
