Looking for a flatmate to move in to my new apartment!
Hello! I'm Josh (he/him), and I've just bought my first home. I'm looking for someone to come live with me and enjoy my new space together.
I'm still in the process of getting the flat ready (hence the photos, new sofa incoming...), so I'm looking for someone to move in from approximately mid-July.
- Located right next to Piccadilly Station - right in the heart of the city centre in the Northern Quarter.
- Bright double bedroom with ensuite, including access to the wraparound balcony. The room will include an ottoman bed, large chest of draws and clothes rail.
- Light, spacious lounge and kitchen area, with big windows and a wraparound balcony (includes south-west facing side - I'm writing this sat out in the sun as we speak 😂)
- Kitchen with breakfast bar
- Will be fully furnished - sofa (which turns into sofa bed - great for anyone you have visiting!), large dining table, TV with Apple TV, music speakers with Bluetooth control, bar stools for breakfast bar.
- Main bathroom includes bath.
- Parking space available - underground garage, secure, suitable for small cars

- Josh, 29, gay/queer man, have lived in Manchester for over 10 years
- Work in social media for an arts centre. Also run my own digital zine platforming LGBTQIA+ photographers.
- Sociable - very grateful to have such lovely friends in Manchester who I love to be around. Looking forward to hosting them in the flat from time to time! Really enjoy spending time with my flatmate too. I also balance this out with my own independent time.
- Love anything creative! Music, TV, film, dance...you name it.
Who I'm looking for...
- Sociable but also doesn't mind having their own space too
- Someone who has some similar interests

- Clean, tidy and looks after the space
