PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

This js a flatshare with a private room with King/Double bed fully furnished. The bathroom is a full walk shower and a full kitchen with dining table and with full size fridge and freezer and washing machine. I am a female that will sleep in the living room area that will be divided off. THIS IS NOT A FULLY PRIVATE LIVING ROOM SPACE. However the bedroom will be completely private.

ABOUT ME
Mid 30s female professional, the flat would be to share with myself (only the shower and kitchen space is shared), I will sleep in the front room, you will have the bedroom for yourself. I work from home Monday-Friday during the day and I work on weekends both Saturday and Sunday. MOST OF THE TIME I AM NOT HERE AS I TRAVEL OUT OF THE CITY OFTEN.

THE ROOM: Single room with king size bed and wardrobe. The bathroom is separate in the hallway with private entrance.

THE KITCHEN: This is a full electric stove kitchen, with full size fridge and freezer, oven and pantry with dining table and chairs.

WASHER IS INCLUDED

BILLS: council tax, water, electricity, wifi included
