Description
Hi everyone,
My name is Patrick. After 20+ years of friendship and nearly four years living together my mate is moving in with his girlfriend, so I'm looking for someone to fill the massive void he leaves behind.
The flat is located on Chapel Street in town, a stone's throw from Salford Central station.
There's loads to do nearby. We're a 10 minute walk up to Deansgate so right in the mixer, while Oxford Road station, Deansgate station and Piccadilly are also walkable within 20 minutes, with Victoria just a 10 minute walk up the road.
The room is a spacious en-suite. Our landlord - also our good friend - put a lot of love into the flat before she moved out so it's a really nice spot.
It's also a secure apartment complex with a 24-hour concierge.
Bills are not included, so we'd split them 50/50 (water, wifi, electricity, council tax band B).
I'm 34 and work as a sports journalist. I work from the flat most of the time, including some evenings and weekends, so ideally I'm looking for someone who is office based - the room does have plenty of space for a desk if needed though.
When I'm not working I'm normally at the football, going to the pub or getting my steps in around town.
I'm looking for someone easy-going and tidy, who is up for the occasional pint or bottle of wine and doesn't mind me watching sport on the telly.
Cheers!
