Double room with own bathroom in city centre

Hi, I'm India (not from India 🫣😂)

I'm looking for a female flatmate to move into a 2-bed flat with me in Tuscany House, Manchester city centre! The move-in date is 9th December, and ideally I'm looking for someone longer term.

A quick note on timings: I'm hoping to find someone by the end of this week, as otherwise the flat will be going back on the open market. So if you're interested, now would be a good time to arrange a viewing or have a chat! 😊

Rent is £700 each per month, plus approximately £190 each for bills (council tax, gas, electric, water and WiFi).

The flat is in a great location on Dickinson Street, just a few minutes' walk from St Peter's Square and Oxford Road, with Chinatown, Piccadilly Gardens, bars, restaurants and everything else in the city centre close by!

The flat is fully furnished and has:

* 2 good-sized double bedrooms
* 2 bathrooms — one is an en-suite, and whoever takes the other bedroom would have exclusive use of the second bathroom
* Large living room with a dining area
* Separate kitchen with a dishwasher and washer-dryer
* 6th-floor apartment

A bit about me:

I'm 25 and work full-time as an R&D Chemist. I'm originally from the Midlands and have been living in Manchester for almost 6 months.

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, socialising or just staying in and relaxing. I love bar hopping, going to gigs, exploring new places and charity shopping. I also play piano and make newspaper collages!

It would be lovely to find someone who's friendly, tidy and up for the occasional social night, whether that's going out for a few drinks or staying in binge-watching reality TV. Equally, I think it's important to respect each other's space and have a bit of downtime when needed (bedrotting is sometimes essential 😂).

I'm hoping to find someone I get along with as well as someone to share the flat with, but there's absolutely no pressure to do everything together!
