Double room with own bathroom in city centre

Hi, I'm India (not from India🫣😂)

I'm looking for a female flatmate to move into a 2 bed flat with me in Tuscany House, Manchester city centre. The move-in date is TBC but will definitely be after 8th November, and I'm looking for someone longer term.

Rent is £700 each per month plus approx. £190 each for bills (council tax, gas, electric, water, WiFi).

The flat is in a really good location on Dickinson Street, just a few minutes' walk from St Peter's Square and Oxford Road, with Chinatown, Piccadilly Gardens, bars, restaurants etc. all really close by.

The flat is fully furnished and has:

* 2 good-sized double bedrooms
* 2 bathrooms — one is an en-suite, and the bedroom without the en-suite would have exclusive use of the other bathroom
* Large living room with dining area
* Separate kitchen (dishwasher and washer-dryer located in here)
* 6th floor

A bit about me: I'm 25 and work full-time as an R&D Chemist. I'm originally from the Midlands and have been living in Manchester for almost 5 months (living near Etihad stadium rn but my current housing contract ends next month)

After work I enjoy going to the gym, socialising or just staying in and relaxing. I love bar hopping, going to gigs, exploring new places, charity shopping, and I play piano and make newspaper collages!

I'm ideally looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of each other's space, but also somewhat social. I'd really like to actually become friends with my flatmate rather than just living alongside each other — whether that's watching some reality TV together, going for a drink, getting food, or just having a chat after work 😊

We won't be attached at the hip and I'm more than happy for us both to have our own lives, but I'd like someone who's up for doing things together from time to time!
