Spare room in Ancoats 🏡

Hey! I’m looking for someone to join me on a new tenancy for a 2 bedroom flat in Ancoats, with a move in date around the end of November.

A little bit of context. I’m currently living in the building, but my flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking to start a new tenancy with someone who’s keen to make the place their home too. As I’ll be choosing a new flat within the building, I don’t have photos of the exact flat yet, and the layouts and rooms can vary slightly. Happy to show you around the building though! The rent is around £975 Per person and I will be furnishing the room myself, you may just need a bed!

A bit about me I’m 29, a freelance graphic designer and have lived in Manchester for a while. I’m super sociable and outgoing. I love gigs, going to the pub with mates, trips away and generally making the most of Manchester. I’m also into my fitness, so having a gym in the building is a big bonus

I’ve lived in flat shares before, so I’m very aware of the balance between being sociable and giving each other space. I’m looking for someone friendly and easy going who’s up for having a nice home together, but equally has their own life and respects each other’s downtime.
