En-suite room available in a beautiful 2-bed apartment at Uhaus, Circle Square – Manchester city centre | January 2027

I’ve recently accepted a job in the US and will be moving out of the UK in January, so I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in the two-bedroom apartment I currently share at Uhaus East, Circle Square (M1 7FU).

I’ve lived here for nearly three years and have genuinely been very happy. It’s a lovely building, in an incredibly convenient location, with a community made up largely of young professionals.

The apartment:
• Two-bedroom apartment on the second floor, overlooking Circle Square
• Your bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom with a large shower
• Fully furnished, with an open-plan kitchen and living area
• I’m also happy to leave some of my smaller furniture/household items if useful
• Available ideally from mid-January 2027, although I may be able to move out a little earlier if needed

The building:
Uhaus has some of the best shared facilities I’ve seen in a Manchester rental building, including:
• Co-working spaces with free unlimited coffee/tea
• 24/7 residents’ gym and fitness studio
• Rooftop terraces with beautiful views across Manchester
• Bookable dining and social spaces
• Regular free resident events, including yoga, crafts and social events
• 24-hour concierge

Who you’d be living with:
My current flatmate is a 28-year-old female professional. She’s calm, friendly and independent, travels quite a lot for work, and enjoys dancing. She would like to share with another female professional, a non-smoker, who would be comfortable keeping the shared kitchen beef- and pork-free.

Costs
• Rent: £997 per month (includes Wi-Fi)
• Water + electricity: currently approximately £60–70/month
• Council tax: approximately £90/month

Because this would be a tenancy replacement, I’ll need to arrange everything with the building/management. Ideally, I’m hoping to find someone who can commit by 15 November, as otherwise I’ll need to give notice on the whole apartment two months before moving out.
