Hi! I'm looking for someone to share a 2-bed flat with me in the Astley building. The move-in date is 24th October.

The en-suite room comes with double bed, and the flat is furnished, with a spacious living room, sofas, a dining area, a fitted kitchen, and a bathroom with a bath and shower. The building has a reception/concierge and security.

The location is great, especially if you're working in Manchester. Piccadilly Station is just a 10 min walk, with bus stops nearby. There are also plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants and bars nearby.
Rent would be £790 per person per month, plus bills.

A little about me: I’m a UOL graduate and currently working in the music & events industry as a full time tour manager. I'm into music, gym and fitness, and enjoy travelling and chilling in my free time. I've actually lived in this building over a year now and chose to stay here because of the great location, reasonable price and amenities. I'm pretty easygoing and would like to share with someone friendly, tidy and respectful who's happy to have a chat and spend time together but also gives each other space.

Just to clarify, I'm renting the flat myself, not the owner, so the arrangement would need the landlord's approval.
