I’m unfortunately moving out to live with my partner, so we’re looking for someone lovely to take over my room in our 3-bed flat at The Castings in New Islington ❤️

Move in date is flexible, anytime from end of November.

* Water: £26 per month
* Electricity: Around £45 per month (sometimes less depending on usage)
* WiFi included in rent
Total: Around £854 per month, including bills listed above.

✨ A little about the flatmates…
You’d be living with Tamsin (28) and Sam (26), who are both super friendly and welcoming, and we all love hanging out together whilst respecting each other’s space. They both work in the office with early starts, with Tamsin occasionally working from home, although this is rare.

Sam is sporty and loves running, the gym, tennis and frisbee. Tamsin loves hiking, swimming, boardgames, creative hobbies and is always up for a random excursion or adventure! You’d be sharing a bathroom with Tamsin but she is super clean and there’s plenty of storage.

We’re a really friendly household and it’s important to us the flat is a clean and welcoming space that genuinely feels like home. We’re looking for someone who enjoys a sociable and friendly living environment & we’d love to find someone who’s not just looking for a room, but who’d also want to become friends and hang out, whilst respecting each other’s space. 💕

We’re not a party household and really value a cosy and clean shared place, but there are plenty of lovely areas in the building for hosting 🥂
