2 rooms available in a 3-bed city centre flat

2 double rooms with shared bathroom available in a 3-bed flat with a large balcony overlooking the river (my favourite feature). 2 flatmates wanting to move out at the end of our tenancy on 1st December and I want to stay!
I’ve lived here for 3 years. I love running and fitness. Love socialising and gigs. I’m laid-back and respectful of space, and keep communal areas clean and tidy. I’m looking for flatmates who are similar.
I’m a secondary school teacher so I’m out of the flat all day Monday-Friday most weeks. One of my flatmates currently works from home and her room is perfect for anyone looking to do the same.
Bills are approx £80 per month each for council tax and around £70 for utilities. Water is paid every 6 months and is usually around £150 each. There is limited on-site parking - I would need to enquire with management about availability. We’re a 4 minute walk from Salford Central and 15 minutes from Victoria and Deansgate for trams/trains.
One room is slightly bigger than the other, hence the difference in rent. Both have large fitted wardrobes. Drop me a message if you’d be interested in booking a viewing😊
