Green space +FREE parking £650 Near Spinningfields

I have a double furnished room in a two-bed flat - with free parking, including space for visitors - situated in a leafy, peaceful complex (five minutes walk from Spinningfields for rent at £650. I don't actually pay bills, so it's up to you if you wish to pay them. :D That's another story, which I'm happy to speak about, if you come and view. Please note, there is no communal WIFI. The only WIFI I have is on my phone - which I use as a hotspot for work.

Deposit is £250.

The communal garden that comes with the complex is stunning and you just can’t get this kind of green space in the city centre normally. There are lots of outdoor seating areas (perfect for drinking wine outside in the summer) and there's even an orchard where the residents are growing fruit. It doesn't feel like you're living in the city at all, so if you want a rural setting in the city centre, this is the place for you.

I have several free parking spaces with the flat and the room comes with a double bed, set of drawers, bedside cabinets and a wardrobe.

No smoking inside the property. The balcony is fine for this, as is the garden.

Me? I am tidy, clean and do like to keep communal areas pretty clean and clutter-free.

Your room can totally be a dump though! ;)

You? You should also be tidy, honest, a good communicator and especially be willing to sit down to talk about things that bother us, or it won't work. It's also best if you like a social drink and keep recreational drug use to a minimum. It's none of my business what you do in your own time, as long as it doesn't affect me.

I am a fun-loving, youthful spirit, who is always down for a beer, or a gig. I am also respectful of giving someone space as I like my solitude, just as much as I love good company.

I travel a lot round the country, to various festivals in my campervan, so won't be around much in the summer.

However, I normally work from the living room on Zooms, so it might be annoying for those who work from home everyday (or or two days a week is fine) or sleep in the day (I will be talking loud on Zoom).
