Hi everyone, I have a room available to rent in my 2-bedroom flat in the centre of Manchester.

It's a great apartment with a double bedroom with its own double-sized bathroom in the breathtaking Beetham Tower Manchester apartments. This is a great opportunity for a new flatmate who is looking for a great place in the city and might I mention that aside from its great price and location it has some very nice facilities including a swimming pool and gym.

It's quite big as it's the only 950 SQ ft sized apartment on its floor. The apartment benefits from a 24hr concierge service on the ground floor and can aid with package collection etc

It is fully furnished with a modern stylish living/kitchen/dining area that comes equipped with an HD television and high-speed internet.

The flat comes with full modern fittings and furnishing. (built-in dishwasher freezer, fridge, oven cooker, microwave, full kitchen crockery, appliances available)
