There is off street free parking, then your only 4 minutes drive from the M60 and M62.
Your only 3 minutes walk from the small local shops and chemist.

Only 6 minutes from Tescos and a postoffice.
If you like outdoors, your right on the edge of miles of open fields and woods, then only a minutes walk away from a huge golf driving range and a David Loyd sports centre.
I work away quite often in Aberdeen ect, so im not always around..
The building is very secure with a security fobbed main entrance.
