Deposits & Booking Terms
No security or damage deposit is charged
A holding deposit of up to one week’s rent is required to reserve the studio and remove it from availability. This amount will be deducted in full from the first month’s rent at check-in. The holding deposit is non-refundable.

We may request 1–2 months’ rent upfront, depending on the length of stay
