Double en-suite room available in Monton

My current flatmate is sadly moving out due to moving in with her partner so her room is coming available from the 1st of August. The room available is a spacious en-suite. Shared dining/kitchen and living area which comes with lots of storage. Rent is £500 and bills vary between £140-£170 depending on the time of year. The room is unfurnished.

The duplex apartment is located in a gorgeous area of Monton and only a 10 minute walk away from the high street. The train station is also a close walk away and you can be in the city centre within 10 minutes. You would be living with myself and Sienna, we are both 28 so someone similar age would be great. I work for the NHS so someone who understands shift work would be great. We are both very tidy and clean and appreciate our home comforts.
