Cosy and comfortable part time room

So I am looking for a lodger/house guest on a part-time or short term basis. On account of this the rent is, of course, negotiable.

The room is a small double. You will have your own bathroom. The lounge is comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the garden nice to sit in. There is also off-street parking.

Mossley is a quiet town and the house is in a quiet area. I am very close to the canal here so lots of nice walks and greenery around. About a 20 minute walk from the train station in Mossley and 15 minutes from Greenfield station.

So yes, this will suit someone who doesn't need a full-time place.
