Short term let. Spacious double room in lovely recently renovated house on a quiet cul-de-sac. Large secluded garden and new conservatory. Room has plenty of storage, fully furnished with comfy double bed, dressing table, wardrobes and desk with own TV and fast fibre broadband.

Live in landlady is vegan. Enjoys gardening, yoga and spending time with family and friends. Vegetarian or vegan's preferred please. Prefer female lodger.

There is a washing machine. No dishwasher.

Short term let only. Starting from September 2026 for potentially up to 6 months. Great for someone who can't commit to a long term tenancy for whatever reason. People on benefits accepted.

Manchester is 20 minutes by train, and buses go from the end of the cul-de-sac to Ashton and Oldham. There is on-road parking available but no designated space.
